Cookie Policy

Regulations for processing cookies on the Intelion corporate platform

Effective Date: January 15, 2026

01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when visiting the Intelion corporate platform. These files contain anonymous identifiers and technical information necessary for the proper functioning of web systems, interface personalization, and analysis of user interactions with the company's digital products.

The cookie technology allows our servers to recognize your device during subsequent sessions, save language and region settings, and ensure uninterrupted access to protected corporate services. Cookies do not contain personal data in an open form and cannot harm your device or software.

02

The Intelion corporate platform uses four categories of cookies, each serving specific functions:

Necessary (Technical) Cookies

Ensure the basic functionality of the platform: user authentication, session management, fraud protection, and cybersecurity. Without these files, the proper functioning of corporate services and access to protected sections of the B2B platform is impossible.

Analytical (Statistical) Cookies

Used to monitor the performance of web systems, analyze traffic, and user behavior patterns. They allow optimizing the architecture of software solutions and improving navigation paths on the platform.

Functional Cookies

Store user settings: language interface, regional parameters, content display personalization, and notification preferences. These files provide an individualized experience when interacting with corporate services.

Marketing (Targeted) Cookies

Used to optimize business communications with stakeholders, investors, and potential clients. They allow personalizing investor relations content, adapting presentation materials, and measuring the effectiveness of corporate communications.

03

Purposes of Cookie Processing

Cookie processing on the Intelion platform is carried out for the following technical and business purposes:

  • Ensuring session cybersecurity: protecting authorized connections, preventing unauthorized access to corporate data, and verifying the integrity of user sessions.
  • User authentication: maintaining login status for corporate services, managing authorization tokens, and providing single sign-on (SSO) for subsidiary systems.
  • Behavioral pattern analysis: studying stakeholder navigation paths on the platform to improve software architecture and optimize access to critical business information.
  • Navigation path optimization: enhancing the usability of the B2B platform, simplifying access to investor relations sections, career portals, and service portfolios.
  • Support for language and regional settings: ensuring content localization according to the user's geographical location and language preferences.
04

Storage Terms and Classification by Duration

Depending on the duration, there are two types of cookies:

Session Cookies

Temporary cookies that are automatically deleted after closing the browser or ending the user session. They are used to manage active authorization sessions, save temporary interface settings during navigation, and ensure the security of real-time transactions. Session cookies are not stored on the device's hard drive and are not shared with third parties after the visit ends.

Persistent Cookies

Cookies with a clearly defined storage period, which can range from a few days to 24 months. They are used to support language and regional settings, store authorization tokens in corporate systems, and remember content display preferences. The storage period is determined by the technical requirements of specific functionality and the company's legal obligations.

05

Third-Party Cookies and Integrations

The Intelion corporate platform integrates with external analytics services, cloud monitoring tools, and business automation platforms, which may set their own cookies through our web interface:

Analytics Services

Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo) set cookies to collect statistical data on platform traffic, traffic sources, and user behavior metrics.

Cloud Monitoring Tools

Performance and security monitoring services use cookies to track technical metrics, diagnose errors, and ensure the stability of corporate web systems.

Business Automation Platforms

Integrations with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools may use cookies to synchronize session data and personalize business communications.

All third parties are required to comply with Intelion's privacy standards and applicable data protection laws.

06

Users have the right to control the use of cookies through their browser settings:

Modifying Browser Settings

Most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) provide the ability to block or delete cookies. To do this, you need to go to the privacy or security settings section of your browser and make the appropriate changes to the cookie handling policy.

Private Browsing Tools

Using "incognito" (private browsing) mode allows you to access the corporate platform without storing cookies on your device after the session ends. Note that some functionalities may be limited in this mode.

Important: Disabling technically necessary cookies may result in limited functionality of software solutions, inability to log in to corporate services, and disruption of the stability of the investor portal and client dashboards.

For detailed instructions on managing cookies in a specific browser, please refer to the help section of your software.

07

Link to Privacy Policy and GDPR
