The specific scope of work, deadlines, and costs are determined by an individual contract concluded between the company and the client separately from these Terms.

All materials on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by Ukrainian law and international copyright treaties. The client retains rights to their own data and confidential information provided for project development, while rights to the developed code are transferred according to the terms of a separate contract.

The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the performance of the work. It is prohibited to use our services for illegal purposes, distribution of malicious software, or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. The client is fully responsible for the content and legality of materials provided for integration into the developed solutions.

The cost of services is determined individually based on the technical specifications and scope of work. Payment is made according to the schedule specified in the contract, usually in the form of advance payments or milestone payments. In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to suspend work until full settlement of the debt without liability for possible delays.

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and GDPR. All information obtained during the collaboration is considered confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

The company provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We guarantee the quality of work according to the approved technical specifications, but we are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of intentional breach of obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of services shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine at the company's location.
